DONGGUAN HydroBlue CO.,LTD. supplies precision-manufactured wear components to the global pump industry — grounded in the understanding that the wear plate is the primary sacrificial barrier protecting the pump casing from erosion in slurry and abrasive service, and that its material selection directly determines the economic life of the pump wet end.
Our 8-member technical team integrates expertise across mechanical design, foundry metallurgy and precision casting, electrical systems, and dimensional metrology. This multidisciplinary capability enables us to produce wear plates that match the original fit, material hardness specification, and mounting pattern for every ANDRITZ pump model we support.
Research collaborations that strengthen our wear plate engineering include:

Send us your ANDRITZ pump model and wear plate requirements — our team will confirm the correct casting specification and return a formal quotation with material and delivery options.
Our brand provides integrated fluid machinery solutions to industrial customers worldwide — covering component supply, system engineering, and overseas technical field support through a single coordinated channel. The product categories we serve include pumping units across multiple configurations, frequency converters and variable speed drive equipment, servo control and positioning systems, operator interface terminals and programmable automation platforms, motor control centers and switchgear assemblies, electric motors and speed-reducing gearboxes, mechanical seal assemblies and support systems, shaft coupling products in flexible and rigid designs, and gear-type power transmission units. For field engineering, we deploy our own specialists to international project sites to execute FARO 3D scanning for reverse replication, precision laser alignment of pump-driver trains, full pump commissioning and performance verification, and on-site diagnosis and corrective service for operating machinery.
ANDRITZ Wear Plate (also called a side plate, suction side liner, or casing wear liner depending on the pump configuration) is a replaceable flat or contoured plate installed inside the pump casing to protect the casing wall from direct erosion by the pumped fluid containing abrasive solids. In slurry pumps, the wear plate is typically located on the suction side of the casing, facing the impeller eye, and forms a replaceable wear surface that takes the brunt of the abrasive attack.
Some pump designs also incorporate an additional discharge-side wear plate on the casing back surface, providing a complete replaceable lining for the volute region. The wear plate is designed as a sacrificial component — its thickness provides an acceptable wear life after which it is replaced, protecting the more expensive and more difficult to replace casing casting.
Our ANDRITZ replacement wear plates are produced using FARO 3D scanning for geometry capture, CNC-machined pattern equipment, resin sand or V-process casting, and full dimensional and hardness verification before dispatch. Available in standard and high-chrome abrasion-resistant alloys.
