ANDRITZ Replacement Service Kit is a pre-packaged set of components required for a planned pump overhaul, bearing replacement, or seal maintenance procedure. Rather than sourcing each component individually — bearings, shaft seals, gaskets, O-rings, locking hardware, and other consumables — the service kit consolidates everything needed for a specific pump model into a single order, reducing procurement lead time and eliminating the risk of missing or incompatible parts during a scheduled outage.

Service kits are available in several configurations depending on the scope of the overhaul:

• Bearing Unit Service Kit — Includes bearings, shaft seals (lip seals or labyrinth), gaskets, O-rings, locking nuts and washers, and any shims required for correct bearing setting
• Dynamic Seal Service Kit — Includes mechanical seal assembly, stationary and rotating seal faces, elastomers, gaskets, set screws, and installation tools where applicable
• Exchange Unit Assembly — A fully pre-assembled bearing housing unit with bearings, seals, and hardware installed, ready for direct exchange with the existing unit on-site
• Overhaul Kit — Comprehensive kit covering all consumable items required for a full pump strip-and-rebuild, including all gaskets, O-rings, wear rings, mechanical seal, bearings, and lubricant

Each kit is assembled to order based on the specific ANDRITZ pump model, serial number, and configuration. Components are selected to match the original OEM specifications or upgraded where the customer requires enhanced service life.
