DONGGUAN HydroBlue CO.,LTD. supplies precision-machined rotating components to the global pump industry — founded on the recognition that the pump shaft is the single most highly stressed component in any centrifugal pump, transmitting the full driver torque while supporting the impeller weight and withstanding hydraulic thrust loads.
Our 8-member technical team integrates expertise across mechanical design and material science, manufacturing process engineering, electrical systems, and dimensional metrology. This multidisciplinary capability enables us to produce pump shafts that match the original material grade, heat treatment specification, dimensional tolerances, and surface finish requirements for every ANDRITZ pump model we support.
Research partnerships that strengthen our shaft engineering include:

Send us your ANDRITZ pump model and shaft specifications — our engineering team will confirm the correct material grade and dimensions and provide a formal quotation with confirmed delivery schedule.
Our brand provides comprehensive fluid machinery solutions to industrial clients internationally — spanning component manufacturing, engineered system supply, and overseas technical field deployment through a unified coordination channel. The product categories we serve include pumping units of various designs and capacities, frequency converters and variable speed drive systems, servo positioning and motion control equipment, operator interface terminals and programmable automation platforms, motor control centers and low-voltage distribution assemblies, electric motors and speed-reducing gearboxes, mechanical seal packages and auxiliary support systems, shaft coupling products in flexible, rigid, and spacer configurations, and gear-type power transmission units. For field engineering needs, we dispatch our own technical staff to customer sites abroad to conduct FARO 3D scanning of pump internals for reverse replication, precision laser alignment of pump-driver trains, full commissioning and performance verification of new and refurbished equipment, and on-site diagnosis and corrective service for operating machinery.
ANDRITZ Pump Shaft is the rotating component that transmits torque from the driver (electric motor, engine, or turbine) to the impeller while supporting all rotating elements—impeller(s), bearings, coupling hub, and shaft seal components—in their correct axial and radial positions. The shaft must be straight, concentric at every bearing and seal journal, and dimensionally accurate at every fitted component location.
Pump shafts are typically machined from solid bar stock or forged blanks, with stepped diameters corresponding to each component's bore size. Critical shaft sections include: the coupling end (where the coupling hub mounts), the bearing journals (where rolling element bearings are fitted), the seal journal or sleeve area (where the shaft seal contacts), and the impeller section (where one or more impellers are mounted).
Shaft straightness and concentricity at the bearing journals and seal surfaces are essential to pump reliability. Any deviation causes increased vibration, accelerated seal wear, and uneven bearing loading that leads to premature failure.
Our ANDRITZ replacement pump shafts are manufactured from certified materials, heat treated to the specified mechanical properties, machined to H7/h6 fit tolerances at all bearing and coupling journals, and supplied with dimensional inspection and material certification reports.
