DONGGUAN HydroBlue CO.,LTD. supplies precision-manufactured pump stationary components to the global fluid handling industry — grounded in the understanding that the casing cover, while a stationary part, must seal against internal pressure, align precisely with the casing bore, and provide the mounting interface for the bearing housing and shaft seal.
Our 8-member technical team brings together expertise across mechanical design, foundry engineering and precision machining, electrical power systems, and dimensional inspection. This multidisciplinary capability allows us to produce casing covers that match the original fit, bolting pattern, register alignment, and material specification for every ANDRITZ pump model we support.
Research collaborations that support our casing cover manufacturing include:

Send us your ANDRITZ pump model and casing cover requirements — our team will verify the casting specification and provide a formal quotation with material options and delivery schedule.
Our brand provides integrated fluid machinery solutions to industrial customers internationally — covering component supply, system integration, and overseas deployment of technical resources through a single coordinated interface. The product categories we cover include pumping units of various configurations, frequency converters and motor speed controls, servo drives and positioning systems, human-machine interface panels and programmable automation stations, motor control and distribution centers, electric motors and speed-reducing gearboxes, mechanical seal cartridges and auxiliary support equipment, shaft couplings in flexible and rigid designs, and gear-type power transmission assemblies. For field engineering, we assign our own specialists to international sites to execute FARO 3D scanning for reverse replication, precision laser alignment of pump-driver trains, pump system start-up and commissioning, and on-site equipment fault diagnosis and repair.
ANDRITZ Casing Cover (also referred to as the front cover, back cover, or stuffing box cover depending on the pump configuration) is the stationary closure component that seals the pump casing on the shaft entry side. In end-suction pumps, the casing cover is typically mounted on the front of the casing and houses the shaft seal chamber, provides the register fit for the bearing housing, and contains the throttle bushing or wear ring at the impeller eye.
In between-bearings pump designs, the casing cover performs a similar function but is often split into a drive-end cover (seal chamber side) and a non-drive end cover (coupling side). Multi-stage ring-section pumps use stage pieces that function as both casing and inter-stage cover.
The casing cover must satisfy several requirements: seal the internal pump pressure without leakage through the cover-to-casing gasket joint, guide the shaft through the seal chamber with correct concentricity to the casing bore, locate the wear ring or throttle bushing at the correct axial position relative to the impeller, and provide a rigid mounting surface for the bearing housing that maintains alignment under operating loads.
Our ANDRITZ replacement casing covers are manufactured using FARO 3D scanning for geometry capture, CNC-machined pattern equipment, sand or investment casting, and full dimensional inspection on CMM.
