DONGGUAN HydroBlue CO.,LTD. supplies precision-engineered stationary pump components to the global industrial fluid handling market — built on the principle that the pump casing is not merely a pressure vessel but a hydraulic component whose internal geometry directly governs pump efficiency and operating stability.
Our 8-member technical team integrates capabilities across fluid mechanics, mechanical design and casting metallurgy, electrical power systems, and dimensional metrology. This cross-disciplinary base enables us to evaluate casing requirements from a complete hydraulic and mechanical perspective — flow path geometry, pressure ratings, thermal expansion behavior, material selection for the pumped fluid, and casting process optimization.
Research collaborations that strengthen our casing engineering include:

Provide your ANDRITZ pump model and casing details — our engineering team will verify the casting specification and return a formal quotation with material recommendation and confirmed delivery schedule.
Our technical brand delivers complete fluid machinery solutions under a single accountable partner — integrating component supply, system engineering, and international field support. The product portfolio includes pumps, frequency converters, servo drives, PLC-HMI platforms, motor control centers, electric motors and gearboxes, mechanical seals and assemblies, couplings, and gear transmissions. Field engineering comprises overseas FARO 3D scanning, laser alignment, pump commissioning, and on-site debugging by our own engineers.
ANDRITZ Pump Casing is the primary pressure-retaining stationary component of the pump, housing the impeller and directing the flow from suction to discharge while converting velocity energy into pressure energy through the volute or diffuser geometry. In vertical turbine pumps, the casing assembly also includes the discharge head, column pipe, and suction bell.
For ANDRITZ slurry pumps, the casing is typically a heavy-duty volute design with thick wall sections and replaceable wear liners. For process pumps, the casing may be the end-suction, top-discharge type (OH2), between-bearings (BB1/BB2), or multi-stage ring-section design. Each casing type presents different challenges for reverse engineering and replication — from the complex volute tongue profile to the critical register fits and bolting patterns.
Our ANDRITZ replacement casings are produced using FARO 3D laser scanning for complete internal and external geometry capture, CNC-machined pattern equipment, investment or resin sand casting, and full hydrostatic pressure testing before dispatch.
