DONGGUAN HydroBlue CO.,LTD. provides precision replacement components and engineering support for the fluid machinery sector worldwide — bridging the gap between OEM part availability and the practical need for fast, cost-effective pump maintenance.
Our engineering unit of 8 professionals covers the core disciplines required for pump part specification and production: fluid mechanics, mechanical design and machining, electrical power systems, and electronic controls. This allows us to evaluate each component request against the real operating conditions — fluid type, temperature, pressure, wear pattern — rather than relying on generic catalog entries.
Our technical capabilities are strengthened through institutional partnerships:

Supply your pump model and wear ring dimensions — we will confirm the fit and provide a quotation with material recommendation and delivery date.
Our brand was created to deliver complete fluid machinery solutions under one accountable supplier — covering equipment supply, spare parts, and technical services. The product line includes pumps, frequency converters, servo drives, PLC-HMI automation controllers, industrial control cabinets, motors, gear reducers, mechanical seals and assemblies, couplings, and gearboxes. Field engineering services comprise overseas FARO 3D scanning for reverse molding, laser alignment, and on-site commissioning and debugging by our dispatched engineers.
SULZER Wear Ring (also called casing wear ring or impeller wear ring) is a replaceable annular component fitted at the impeller inlet and casing bore interface. Its primary function is to create a controlled, close-running clearance between the rotating impeller and the stationary casing, minimizing internal recirculation (slip flow) from the high-pressure discharge side back to the low-pressure suction side of the impeller.
Wear rings are designed to be the sacrificial component in the impeller-casing clearance gap. As the pump operates over time, abrasive particles in the fluid, erosion, and occasional contact during transient events (cavitation, vibration, misalignment) gradually enlarge the clearance. Increased clearance degrades pump efficiency — a 0.5 mm increase in wear ring clearance can reduce pump efficiency by 3–5%. Replacing the wear rings restores the original internal clearance and recovers the lost hydraulic performance without replacing the entire casing or impeller.
Our FLOWSERVE wear rings are machined from certified bar stock or cast blanks to match the original ring profile, bore, and fit type (radial or axial lock). Available in a range of materials matched to service conditions.
