DONGGUAN HydroBlue CO.,LTD. delivers precision-engineered replacement components and technical services to the global industrial pump market — operating on the conviction that rotating assembly quality is the single most critical factor in long-term pump reliability.
Our engineering group of 8 technical professionals brings together in-depth capability across fluid dynamics, mechanical design and precision manufacturing, power electronics, and instrumentation engineering. This multidisciplinary base allows us to approach every rotating assembly with a full system perspective — balancing hydraulic performance, mechanical dynamics, and material selection against the pump's actual operating envelope.
Our technical depth is reinforced through formal research collaborations:

Provide your SULZER pump model and rotor details — our engineering team will verify the specification and deliver a comprehensive quotation with material recommendations, balancing grade, and confirmed delivery timeline.
Our technical brand serves as a single-responsibility source for fluid machinery requirements worldwide — integrating component supply, system engineering, and field support services. The product portfolio includes pumps, frequency converters, servo drives, PLC-HMI platforms, motor control centers, electric motors and gear reducers, mechanical seals and assemblies, couplings, and gearboxes. Field engineering comprises international deployment of our own engineers for FARO 3D laser scanning of pump parts, precision alignment, commissioning, and complete equipment debugging at the customer site.
SULZER Pump Rotor Assembly is the complete rotating element of a centrifugal pump, comprising all components mounted on the shaft that rotate together during pump operation. Depending on the pump configuration, the rotor assembly includes the shaft, one or more impellers (closed, semi-open, or open design), the balance drum or balance disc for axial thrust management, shaft sleeves at seal journal positions, keys and locking hardware for each rotating component, and in some configurations the bearing lock nuts, spacers, and oil slingers or flinger rings.
The rotor assembly must satisfy multiple, often competing design requirements: transmit torque from the driver to the impellers without torsional fatigue, carry impeller weight and hydraulic radial loads without excessive deflection, maintain concentricity between the impeller OD and casing wear rings within tight clearance tolerances, provide a precision surface for the mechanical seal rotary elements, and accommodate thermal growth during start-up and loading transitions. A rotor that fails on any of these parameters — due to incorrect material, poor balance, loose dimensional control, or assembly error — will compromise pump performance regardless of the condition of the stationary components.
Our SULZER replacement rotor assemblies are manufactured from certified materials, fully machined on CNC equipment, dynamically balanced to ISO 1940 G2.5 or better, and assembled on a test mandrel to verify runout and fit before shipment.
