DONGGUAN HydroBlue CO.,LTD. is a focused industrial engineering company that supplies precision replacement components to pump operators and maintenance teams worldwide — built on the principle that a correctly specified part outperforms a generic substitute every time.
Our technical unit of 8 personnel covers the full range of disciplines needed to deliver pump components with confidence: fluid mechanics, mechanical design and machining, electrical power engineering, and electronic instrumentation. This multidisciplinary capability allows us to evaluate every component request against the actual service environment rather than working from simplified catalog data.
We maintain technical partnerships with leading Chinese research institutions:

Send us your pump model and shaft sleeve details — we will verify the dimensions and material requirements, and return a formal quotation with confirmed lead time.
Our technical brand was developed to offer clients a single responsible source for fluid machinery requirements — combining component supply with engineering consultation and on-site support. Our product offering covers pumps, frequency drives, servo motion systems, PLC-HMI controllers, industrial control panels, electric motors and gearboxes, mechanical seals and assemblies, couplings, and gear transmissions. For field engineering, we provide overseas FARO 3D scanning for reverse molding, pump alignment, and equipment commissioning by our own engineers.
SULZER Shaft Sleeve (also called shaft protecting sleeve or seal sleeve) is a replaceable cylindrical component that fits over the pump shaft at the seal chamber area. Its primary function is to protect the shaft from wear at the mechanical seal or packing contact zone. Since seals and packing operate with a thin fluid film and can cause surface wear over time, the shaft sleeve serves as a sacrificial wear surface that can be replaced at a fraction of the cost of replacing the entire shaft.
The shaft sleeve also provides a precise, smooth running surface for the mechanical seal rotary face O-ring and secondary sealing elements. Any surface defect on the shaft in this area — scoring, corrosion pitting, or fretting — will cause seal leakage. A properly manufactured shaft sleeve must meet tight dimensional tolerances on OD, ID, concentricity, and surface finish to maintain a reliable seal over the pump service interval.
Our FLOWSERVE replacement shaft sleeves are produced from certified bar stock, precision ground on OD and ID, with surface finishes to Ra 0.4 μm for seal compatibility. Available in multiple material grades and surface treatments to match the pumped fluid and operating conditions.
