ZPMCJM (Zhenhua Port Machinery / Jiangsu Machinery) couplings are built with larger safety margins and heavier construction than standard industrial couplings, reflecting their origin in port crane and marine drive applications where coupling failure causes extended operational downtime.

ZPMCJM couplings are characterized by their robust hub and sleeve construction, oversized engagement surfaces, and corrosion-resistant surface treatment suited for saltwater and high-humidity environments. The product line includes heavy-duty drum gear couplings with sealed lubrication chambers, integrated brake disc coupling designs for marine pump drives, and split-sleeve gear couplings that allow replacement without disturbing the pump or motor shafts. Many ZPMCJM coupling designs incorporate flange-mounted brake disc faces and tachometer drive provisions for integrated pump drive monitoring.
