Provide your pump model or shaft specifications — our engineering team will review and respond with a full technical compatibility assessment.
We have established our own brand to offer holistic technical solutions in fluid machinery and engineering applications. Our offerings include industrial control and drive equipment, mechanical seals, and comprehensive overseas field engineering services.
Through a complete ecosystem of proprietary technologies and product lines, we bring clients unmatched technical consultation, commercial support, and integrated product solutions — covering pumps, variable frequency converters, servo drives, PLC-HMI interfaces, industrial control cabinets, motors, mechanical seals and assemblies, couplings, gearboxes, and turnkey engineering services (such as on-site 3D scanning reverse molding of pump replacement parts, and equipment debugging by our engineers stationed overseas).
FLYGT Forging Steel Propeller Shaft is a critical power transmission component engineered to transfer rotational force from the motor to the impeller assembly within FLYGT submersible sewage pumps. Subjected to high torque, axial thrust, and radial bending loads during operation, the shaft must maintain precise alignment and dimensional stability over extended service cycles.
Manufactured from forged steel for superior tensile strength and fatigue resistance, our propeller shafts are reverse-engineered using FARO 3D laser scanning to replicate OEM geometry with maximum accuracy. CNC-machined to tight tolerances on critical bearing seats, keyways, and seal running surfaces, each shaft is individually inspected and ultrasonically tested for internal soundness before dispatch.
Ideal for municipal sewage treatment, industrial wastewater handling, and mining dewatering applications involving high load and continuous-duty operating conditions.
Shaft material is selected based on torque load, media corrosivity, and operating temperature:
All materials are supplied with mill test certificates conforming to ASTM, DIN, EN, ISO standards. Material selection advice is provided at no charge based on your application parameters.
Don't have the original drawings? No problem. Simply send us your worn shaft sample or detailed photographs, and our team will:
