FLYGT Float Switch is a reliable liquid level control device used in FLYGT submersible sewage pumps and wastewater lifting stations. The float switch senses liquid level changes in the wet well and sends an electrical signal to the pump controller to start or stop the pump automatically, enabling fully automatic liquid level management without manual intervention.

As a mechanical level sensing device, float switches operate on a simple gravity-weighted principle: the float ball rises and falls with the liquid level, tilting the switch mechanism inside to open or close electrical contacts. They are inherently fail-safe, require no calibration, and function reliably in dirty, fibrous, and turbulent media typical of municipal and industrial sewage applications.

Our replacement float switches are reverse-engineered to exact OEM dimensions and electrical ratings, ensuring direct compatibility with FLYGT pump control systems. Available in both standard and heavy-duty configurations for different wet-well depths and media conditions.
