2. Technical Assessment — Within 24 hours, we review your submission and confirm compatibility, material recommendation, and lead time.
3. Quotation — Detailed quotation including unit price, tooling cost (if applicable), shipping cost, and delivery schedule.
4. Sample Approval (Optional) — For first-time orders, we can provide a sample impeller for dimensional verification before batch production.
5. Production & Inspection — Upon deposit receipt, production begins with in-process and final inspection.
6. Delivery — Goods are shipped after final payment; tracking number provided.

Proper packing protects your impeller during international shipping. Our standard packing protocol:

• Small Parts — Each impeller individually wrapped with anti-rust paper, placed in polyethylene bag, then packed in corrugated cardboard carton with foam inserts
• Large or Heavy Impellers — Wooden crate (plywood, ISPM 15 compliant) with custom foam cradles to prevent movement; corrosion inhibitor inside
• Custom Packing — Available upon request to meet your warehouse or assembly line requirements

Delivery Time: 30 days after deposit receipt. Larger orders or special materials may require 45–60 days.
