Product Overview

FLYGT Duplex Stainless Steel Spacer Ring is a precision-engineered stationary component designed to maintain axial clearance and positioning within FLYGT submersible sewage lifting pumps. The spacer ring prevents metal-to-metal contact between rotating and stationary assemblies, reducing wear and extending the service life of bearings, shafts, and seals.

Manufactured from duplex stainless steel for excellent resistance to corrosion, erosion, and chloride-induced stress cracking in wastewater environments. Each ring is reverse-engineered using FARO 3D laser scanning to ensure exact dimensional match with FLYGT originals, and CNC-machined to tight tolerances for trouble-free installation.

Standard applications include municipal sewage treatment plants, industrial wastewater facilities, and flood control pumping stations.
