Product Overview

FLYGT Duplex Stainless Steel Impeller is a high-performance rotating component engineered for FLYGT submersible sewage lifting pumps. Manufactured from duplex stainless steel for superior resistance to corrosion, erosion, and cavitation in aggressive wastewater environments.

Each impeller is reverse-engineered from genuine FLYGT samples using FARO 3D laser scanning, ensuring precise hydraulic geometry and direct interchangeability with OEM parts. CNC-machined to tight tolerances, dynamically balanced to ISO 1940-1 Grade G6.3, and hydrostatically tested before delivery.

Suitable for municipal wastewater treatment, industrial effluent transfer, and flood control applications where reliability and service life are critical.

  • Wear-Resistant Cast Iron — High-chromium alloyed for abrasive slurry and grit-containing wastewater
  • Cast Steel (WCB/WCC) — Higher strength and impact resistance than cast iron
  • Stainless Steel (304/316/316L) — Corrosion-resistant for chemically aggressive media
  • Duplex Stainless Steel (2205/2507) — Superior resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking and pitting; recommended for seawater and saline wastewater
  • Cast Alloy Steel — Custom alloy options for high-temperature or highly corrosive applications
