• FARO 3D Laser Scanning: FARO laser scanner captures exact vane geometry, hub dimensions, and bore tolerances from your worn impeller sample
• Laser Alignment: Ensuring scanned geometry is precisely aligned with original pump axis
• Design Model: Point cloud data reconstructed into a full parametric CAD model with accurate vane profile
• Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD): CFD simulation verifies hydraulic performance matches original pump curve specifications

Every impeller undergoes comprehensive inspection before shipment:

• Material Certificate — mill certificate from certified foundry
• Hydrostatic Testing — pressure test to verify casting integrity
• Impeller Static & Dynamic Balancing Testing — to minimize vibration during operation
• Non-destructive Testing: PT (Liquid Penetrant), RT (Radiographic), UT (Ultrasonic), MT (Magnetic Particle)
• 3D Coordinator — dimensional inspection via coordinate measuring machine
• Hardness Tester — verifies material hardness per specification
• Roughness Tester — verifies surface finish on sealing surfaces
