REXNORD Pump Coupling is a mechanical shaft coupling designed to transmit torque between a motor (or engine) drive shaft and a pump shaft while accommodating misalignment, absorbing vibration, and protecting the pump and driver from damage caused by shaft misalignment, thermal expansion, or shock loads. REXNORD is a globally recognized brand in mechanical power transmission, and its pump coupling product line includes several coupling types engineered for pump applications.

REXNORD pump couplings are available in multiple series: elastomeric element couplings (gear-type grid coupling and jaw coupling), metallic disc couplings, and gear couplings. Each type has a specific application range based on torque capacity, speed, misalignment capability, and service environment. The correct coupling selection depends on the pump type (centrifugal, progressive cavity, diaphragm, gear pump), driver type (electric motor, diesel engine, hydraulic motor), shaft sizes, and operating conditions.

Our REXNORD replacement couplings and coupling components are manufactured to the original REXNORD dimensions, with elastomeric elements in standard NBR and premium Hytrel/urethane compounds, metallic disc packs in stainless steel, and gear coupling hubs and sleeves in through-hardened alloy steel with specified tooth form.
