  7. Coating Finishing — Coated surface ground or polished to final diameter; coating thickness verified

  3. Surface Coating — Standard hard chrome or specify HVOF tungsten carbide, Stellite, or ceramic for severe abrasion
  4. Shaft Connection — Confirm key and locknut mounting or spline connection; specify shaft diameter and keyway size
  5. Hardness Requirement — Specify minimum surface hardness if the application has unusual abrasive or adhesive wear conditions
  6. Delivery — 15–30 days after deposit; longer lead time for Hastelloy rotors and specialty coatings
