Through our ecosystem of specialized technologies and product brands, we provide clients with high-level technical advisory, commercial support, and integrated product solutions — including pumps, variable frequency converters, servo drives, PLC-HMI interfaces, industrial control cabinets, motors, mechanical seals and assemblies, couplings, gearboxes, and turnkey engineering services (overseas on-site 3D scanning reverse molding for pump replacement parts and equipment debugging by our dispatched engineers abroad).
MONO Stator and Rotor form the pumping element set (also called the rotor-stator assembly or pumping cartridge) at the heart of a MONO progressive cavity pump. The rotor is a single-helix precision-machined shaft that rotates eccentrically inside the stator — a steel housing lined with a double-helix elastomer profile. Together they create a series of sealed cavities that progress axially from the suction end to the discharge end, producing a smooth, pulsation-free, positive displacement flow.
The pumping element set is the critical wear component in a progressive cavity pump. The rotor surface continuously slides against the stator liner under interference fit, making material selection, surface coating, and elastomer compatibility the primary factors determining pump service life and volumetric efficiency.
MONO pumps are widely used in water and wastewater, mining, chemical, food, and oil & gas industries. MONO stator liners are available in natural rubber, NBR, HNBR, EPDM, and FKM compounds. MONO rotors are manufactured from chrome steel, 316L SS, 17-4PH, and duplex stainless steels, with surface coatings including hard chrome plating, HVOF tungsten carbide, and Stellite overlays.
Our MONO replacement pumping element sets are manufactured to the original rotor-stator geometry (pitch, lead, interference, and eccentricity), with CMM-verified helix profiles, material certification, and documented dimensional records.
